Supply Chain Specialist – EMEA Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join the EMEA operations team of a fast‑growing international dermocosmetics company. Reporting to the Head of Supply EMEA, you will ensure seamless order fulfillment and supply execution across multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end order‑to‑delivery process, from receipt and validation to fulfillment and delivery coordination.
• Oversee sales orders, transfer orders and inventory movements across European distribution centres, primarily in the UK and the Netherlands.
• Coordinate with commercial teams to validate orders, handle shortages and maintain high customer‑service levels.
• Monitor international inbound freight and domestic logistics flows throughout Europe.
• Resolve post‑shipment discrepancies with warehouses, carriers and receiving sites.
• Support inventory planning for Amazon Europe Seller Central and contribute to S&OP processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in skincare, cosmetics, personal care or dermocosmetics is highly valued.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international and collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence with PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
• Familiarity with NetSuite (preferred).
