Supply Chain & Quality Manager – Procurement Operations

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Supply Chain & Quality Manager to join its Procurement Operations – Aerostructure Electrics team in Toulouse, France. The role acts as the bridge between external suppliers and internal functions, ensuring on‑time and on‑quality delivery of electrical components for commercial aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supplier engagement from selection through contracting, including evaluation of design, industrialisation and quality change requests.
• Secure supplier approvals and conduct control reviews in line with Airbus processes and airworthiness authority requirements.
• Monitor compliance and maturity of parts and supplier sites according to the surveillance plan, driving convergence toward industrial maturity targets.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers and support internal and external audits, including EASA activities.
• Implement procurement strategy at a tactical level and contribute to the deployment of supply chain and quality standards, methods and tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Production Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain and quality management within the aerospace or related high‑tech industry.
• Strong understanding of airworthiness regulations and supplier quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
