Supply Chain & Harvest Logistics Manager

About the role

Regenrate is scaling its regenerative cover‑crop supply chain across France and Spain. We need a hands‑on Supply Chain & Harvest Logistics Manager to coordinate the movement of camelina from farms to drying, cleaning, storage and crushing partners, ensuring timely pickups and smooth operations during the intense harvest period.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and track pickup of harvested camelina from hundreds of farmers.
• Coordinate transport, drying, cleaning and storage logistics, maintaining a real‑time planning board.
• Build and manage a network of reliable local transport providers.
• Ensure all documentation (weighbridge tickets, delivery notes, transport papers) is collected and stored correctly.
• Support certification teams to meet traceability and mass‑balance requirements.
• Develop repeatable processes, checklists and workflows for each harvest wave.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with farmers, transporters and internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate data tracking.
• Flexibility to work intensively during harvest windows.
