Subsea Delivery Manager Service

About the role

Comsip, a subsidiary of VINCI Energies Oil & Gas, offers highly qualified technical resources for industrial projects worldwide. It is recruiting a Subsea Delivery Manager Service based in Paris, France, with periodic missions to follow activities in Paramaribo, Suriname, and at SPS contractor factories. The contract is fixed-term, renewable according to the project duration, starting as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the completion of SPS system fabrication, testing and support handover to other work packages, providing efficient after-market service as required.
• Ensure compliance with H3SE rules and the company's ethics and anti-corruption program.
• Oversee troubleshooting of major technical and project management problems related to engineering, qualifications, fabrication and testing of subsea equipment, proposing solutions and action plans.
• Monitor contractors' performance against project KPIs, identify onshore and offshore risks and help implement risk response plans.
• Liaise with D&C, UFR and field operations teams, and with the SPS and UFR qualification, testing and tooling lead.
• Work with the Project Control team on technical evaluation of change orders and preparation of change order dossiers for partner and concessionaire approval.
• Support interface follow-up, mobilization of SPS equipment and tooling, and report areas of concern to the Subsea manager.

Required profile

• Master's degree in engineering.
• At least 20 years of professional experience and 10 years in projects, with full expertise in SPS and UFR equipment engineering and fabrication.
• Fluent English and French; resident in Paris.
• Good communication, leadership and ability to work in complex, multicultural environments.

Required skills

• Exhaustive knowledge of SPS-related company rules and specifications, international norms and standards.
• Ability to diagnose engineering and operational problems and propose technical solutions.
