Sub-Commodity Buyer – Facility Management Services

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Sub-Commodity Buyer to join its Procurement team in Toulouse. The role focuses on Facility Management Services, ensuring the best purchasing conditions and robust contractual frameworks for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities, manage tendering processes and negotiate contracts to meet internal and external requirements.
• Monitor contracts throughout innovation, development, serial production and support phases, ensuring supplier performance on logistics, quality, cost and support.
• Maintain day‑to‑day supplier relationships and oversee projects to maximise customer value while minimising total cost of ownership and risks.
• Collaborate with multifunctional and multidivisional teams across all stages of the tendering, contracting and contract‑life‑cycle.
• Oversee procurement activities for one or several products/services, securing contractual frameworks and optimal purchasing conditions.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• University degree or equivalent training in a related field.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven experience in an international environment.
• Experience in relevant business sectors (e.g., aerospace, facility management, or related industries) is a plus.
