Structure Analysis Engineer – Static Stress (A350XWB)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Structure Analysis Engineer to support the A350 ramp‑up, focusing on static stress validation of composite fuselage structures. The role is part of the Structure Fuselage Customer Support team (1AFSOC) in Toulouse, France.

Key responsibilities

• Support T400 concession activity on Section 15 centre fuselage and drive stress‑margin mitigations.
• Contribute to in‑service support activities, including technical request management and safety assessments.
• Ensure deliverables meet time, cost and quality targets while complying with regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Transfer knowledge to junior engineers and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5‑10 years of experience with composite and metallic stress analysis (ISAMI methods, DFEM a plus).
• Knowledge of T400 concession processes and repair principles; T400 approval delegation or extensive T300 experience on A350 structures.
• Fluent English with strong communication and relational skills.
