Strategic Project Manager (F/M/X)

About the role

Accor is looking for a Strategic Project Manager to support the Care leadership team within the Commercial, Digital & Tech department. You will help set the operating rhythm, track strategic priorities and ensure that leadership decisions are turned into clear actions and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve the department’s governance, OKR cycles, performance reviews and leadership meeting cadence.
• Coordinate OKR and KPI tracking, maintain progress dashboards and flag risks or cross‑team dependencies.
• Prepare high‑quality materials for leadership meetings, providing analysis and decision support.
• Design and manage internal operating rhythms such as town halls, leadership updates and cross‑team sync moments.
• Produce internal communications and collaborate on external communications with the CDT communication team.
• Identify opportunities to enhance communication and onboarding efficiency using AI‑enabled tools and standardized workflows.
• Lead or support cross‑functional strategic projects, including operating model improvements and department‑wide process initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong ability to consolidate inputs from multiple teams, maintain visibility on initiatives and ensure timely escalation of issues.
• Excellent written communication skills for preparing leadership materials and internal communications.
• Experience partnering with vertical leaders, PMOs and People & Culture teams on organizational topics.
