Store Manager – Luxury Retail (Nice)

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Tiffany boutique in Nice, driving sales, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and ensuring operational excellence. This dynamic leader will mentor and coach a team of sales, operations, and security professionals while embodying Tiffany’s cultural values.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through client development and team motivation.
• Elevate the in‑store experience by acting as Guest Experience Manager, using Voice of Client feedback to refine service.
• Maintain efficient back‑of‑house operations, enforce internal controls and implement best‑practice procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a diverse, multilingual team; create individual development plans and recognize performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
• Proven track record of generating sales and meeting targets.
• Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, coaching and relationship‑building abilities.
