Stock Assistant – Luxury Retail Warehouse

About the role

The Stock Assistant will support the Stock Manager in maintaining efficient warehouse operations for a leading luxury fashion group. This role ensures proper rotation, safety, and flow of merchandise, directly contributing to store performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures.
• Prepare products for the sales floor, special areas, and e‑commerce deliveries.
• Ensure product safety and secure handling throughout the warehouse.
• Track product flow and inventory using the SAP system.
• Maintain orderly warehouse conditions in line with corporate standards.
• Handle returns, shop‑to‑shop transfers, and e‑commerce deliveries within set deadlines.
• Order packaging materials based on store needs.

Required profile

• Solid experience in a similar stock or warehouse role.
• Preferably background in luxury retail.
• Strong affinity for luxury products and high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
