Stock Assistant – Luxury Bags (Paris)

About the role

The Stock Assistant for Bags will support the Stock Manager in maintaining optimal product flow within the Paris store and its warehouse. Working in a luxury environment, you will ensure that merchandise is received, processed and made available for sales while upholding the brand’s high standards of quality and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily goods receipt, verify deliveries and prepare items for the sales floor or special areas following corporate procedures.
• Maintain safety and security of products throughout handling and storage.
• Track product movements and inventory levels using the SAP system.
• Keep the warehouse organized and compliant with corporate standards.
• Process returns, shop‑to‑shop transfers and e‑commerce deliveries within set deadlines.
• Supply packaging materials according to store needs.

Required profile

• Previous solid experience in a similar stock or warehouse role, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High affinity for luxury products.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for inventory tracking.
