Station Manager – Location Operations Lead

About the role

As a Station Manager you will lead the daily operations of a roadsurfer location, ensuring smooth rental and sales processes while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take independent ownership of the station, coordinating vehicle returns, handovers and preparation.
• Implement and improve existing standards and processes, collaborating with central departments and international stations.
• Lead, motivate and onboard the on‑site team, plan tasks and ensure quality control.
• Recruit and build a capable team for the location.
• Oversee the local fleet – documentation, maintenance, cleanliness and coordination with service partners.
• Advise customers on products, subscriptions and camping spots, turning them into happy roadsurfers.

Required profile

• Completed training or studies in a relevant field or comparable qualification.
• 1‑2 years of experience in car rental, tourism or a similar sector.
• Experience leading employees or teams is a plus.
• High service orientation with a friendly, open demeanor.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Fluent English and the local language of the country.
• Valid Class B driver’s licence.
