Startup Community Manager (France)

About the role

Nebius is seeking an experienced, community‑focused professional to lead its startup engagement strategy in France. Working remotely from Paris, you will build and nurture relationships with AI‑focused startups, accelerators, universities and developer communities, positioning Nebius as the preferred cloud partner for AI‑native ventures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage ecosystem partnerships with accelerators, universities, research organisations and developer communities worldwide.
• Design and deliver scalable engagement programs that attract, support and retain high‑growth AI startups.
• Plan and execute high‑impact events such as founder meetups, technical workshops, hackathons and summits.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify, engage and convert promising startups into long‑term Nebius users.
• Create and maintain best‑practice playbooks, onboarding guides, case studies and other community resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management, ecosystem development or startup engagement.
• Strong ability to build strategic relationships and act as a trusted representative within the startup ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and event‑planning skills, with a track record of delivering successful programs.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and remotely while collaborating cross‑functionally.
