Stage Consultant en Opérations Financières

About the role

PWC is looking for a Finance Operations Consultant intern to join its Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine. You will work on high‑impact projects that support large international clients with complex accounting, reporting and transaction needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in converting accounting frameworks (IFRS, French GAAP, US GAAP) and implementing new standards such as IFRS 18.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Transaction Services and Consulting teams on large‑scale deals.
• Prepare pro‑forma information, combined financial statements and ad‑hoc reporting for transactions (sale, spin‑off, carve‑out) and fundraising (IPO, debt issuance).
• Support the resolution of accounting issues related to acquisitions, joint‑ventures and other structuring operations.
• Participate occasionally in international projects, gaining exposure to cross‑border transactions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to finance, accounting or a similar field.
• Curious, passionate and eager to embody PwC’s professional behaviours.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Familiarity with US GAAP.
• Understanding of French GAAP.
• Experience with financial reporting and preparation of pro‑forma statements.
