About the role

Airbus Atlantic is looking for a Quality Assurance and Statistical Process Control Specialist to support the manufacturing of elementary aerospace parts in Saint‑Nazaire. The role focuses on implementing the MSP (Mastery of Statistical Processes) methodology, reducing non‑quality costs, and ensuring robust process control across all production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead MSP projects, monitor progress and report on cost, efficiency, gains and timelines.
• Execute MSP‑specific actions within each project.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance and other quality teams to improve non‑capable processes.
• Provide on‑site support for process monitoring on production lines.
• Assist development and preparation services in analysing customer requirements and manufacturing feasibility.
• Define, formalise and update standard MSP methodological tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma or DMAIC methodology.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering, tolerancing and project management in aerospace part manufacturing.
• Able to analyse data quickly using statistical software and translate field needs for data analysts or scientists.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor and adaptability within multidisciplinary teams.
