Special Process Auditor - Test Methods (M/F)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Special Process Auditor - Test Methods (M/F) to join the PIMDS Department in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing material commodity activities and will be involved in supplier surveillance to secure aircraft deliveries on time and with quality for serial and development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Special Process Audits (Manufacturing, NDT, Test Methods) and manage findings until closure.
• Qualify and survey supplier Test Methods according to applicable standards and requirements.
• Highlight industrial risks and support supplier development within the special processes scope.
• Represent Airbus in international industrial audit forums such as Nadcap.
• Collaborate with Materials & Processes (M&P) teams during technical qualifications.

Required profile

• Background in Engineering or Material Sciences.
• Proven experience in production line, final assembly line (FAL) or test laboratory environments.
• Technical expertise in auditing processes, risk management, and material test methods.
• Strong negotiation skills, autonomy and ability to travel frequently in Europe (approximately ±2 times per month).
• Negotiation‑level proficiency in English.
