About the role

Our client, a specialist in metallurgy and industrial manufacturing, is looking for a skilled Welder to join their workshop in Lens on a three‑month temporary assignment. The role involves performing semi‑automatic and TIG welding tasks on a variety of components while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute semi‑automatic, TIG, and overhead (potence) welds on diverse parts.
• Prepare, set up, and operate welding equipment safely.
• Inspect and verify the conformity of completed welds.
• Follow manufacturing instructions and quality norms.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in semi‑automatic and TIG welding within an industrial workshop.
• Proficiency with common welding processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and dossiers.
• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and strict observance of safety rules.
• Recommended chemical risk training (N1); experience with bridge cranes, nacelles, or work at height is a plus.
