Sorting Center Team Leader (Night Shift)

About the role

The Sorting Center Team Leader oversees night‑shift operations at a busy parcel sorting facility. You will manage parcel flows, resolve exceptions, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while leading a team of roughly ten operators.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise parcel sorting and rerouting activities during night shifts.
• Handle unplanned parcels and exceptions such as relabeling or missing tracking.
• Monitor parcel flow, detect anomalies (e.g., parcels without exit trace) and ensure timely departures.
• Enforce operational procedures, safety standards, and verify palletization and documentation accuracy.
• Report daily shift performance and issues to the Operations Manager.
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of about 10 operators, including new‑staff onboarding on core processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to manage teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent French; English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with parcel tracking systems.
• Experience using warehouse tools.
