Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex software, cloud and data solutions. The role involves working in an agile environment and applying best‑practice architecture methodologies to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect solutions across a broad portfolio of software, cloud and data projects.
• Use architecture and modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect for documentation and customization.
• Apply TOGAF principles and security best practices throughout solution design.
• Collaborate with development teams in an agile setting to ensure alignment with architectural standards.

Required profile

• University degree in IT or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a technology, data or applications/services architect.
• Hands‑on experience with on‑premise, virtualization and cloud‑based infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• TOGAF practitioner certification.
• Excellent command of English.

Required skills

• OCP (OpenShift Container Platform).
• PostgreSQL.
• Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms.
• Security best practices and tools.
• Sparx Enterprise Architect (or similar modelling tools).
• Biometrics concepts (considered an asset).
