Software Engineer – SCM & Cloud Deployment

About the role

NexGuard is looking for a Software Engineer to join its engineering team and help define on‑premise solutions for existing serverless products. You will work in a DevOps‑oriented environment, collaborating closely with customers and partners to integrate and enhance watermarking algorithms across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement on‑premise deployments for current serverless AWS solutions.
• Develop and improve watermarking algorithms using C/C++.
• Support customers and partners during integration and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to automated validation scripts and test frameworks in Python.
• Maintain and evolve build infrastructure, toolchain updates, and traceability as part of Software Configuration Management.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Software Configuration Management and infrastructure design.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native (AWS) and on‑premise deployment models.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external customers.

Required skills

• C/C++ programming.
• Python scripting for validation and automation.
• AWS cloud services and serverless architectures.
• Build and CI/CD tooling (e.g., build infra, toolchain management).
• Agile development methodologies.
