Social Media Marketing Manager – Content & Creative Strategy

About the role

SHEIN is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead social media content and creative strategy for the European market. You will shape the brand’s voice across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, turning trends into engaging, shareable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies and annual plans aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
• Create compelling content themes, creative initiatives and asset strategies for seasonal moments and campaigns.
• Produce content briefs, scripts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to adapt assets across social, events and marketing touchpoints.
• Oversee video production, photography and post‑production processes, ensuring high‑quality creative output.
• Analyze performance data, optimize assets and drive continuous improvement in viewership and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Visual Design, Digital Media or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in brand content creation, social media marketing or integrated marketing, preferably with international brands and the European market.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and current content trends.
• Strong visual sensibility and expertise in video production, photography and editing.
• Proven project‑management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
