Social Media Manager – Part-time Hybrid

About the role

GFEM is looking for a part‑time Social Media Manager to join its team in Paris. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and from home. You will be responsible for shaping and growing the brand’s presence across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with GFEM’s objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, graphics, and videos.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt tactics accordingly.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure social efforts support broader business goals.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Excellent written communication in both French and English.
• Experience designing and implementing effective content strategies.
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
