Social Media & Influence Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media & Influence Coordinator to drive day‑to‑day operations across our social platforms and influencer programmes. You will support Lanvin’s digital storytelling strategy, ensuring a cohesive brand voice across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage a cross‑channel social media calendar, aligning commercial priorities, brand narratives and key events.
• Schedule and publish content on Lanvin’s social media accounts.
• Monitor engagement, respond to community interactions and nurture follower relationships.
• Oversee influencer activations, handling organic seeding, paid collaborations, casting, negotiations, execution and reporting.
• Provide assets and guidelines to regional teams, ensuring global marketing plans are respected.
• Collaborate with the Press team to share assets, manage sample flows and meet both press and influencer needs.
• Track performance, prepare reports and dashboards for social and influence activities.
• Monitor emerging platforms and recommend updates to the brand’s social ecosystem.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Media.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar social media or influencer role.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational rigor and curiosity.
• Deep knowledge of European and U.S. digital media brands and digital KPIs.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent writing, grammar and spelling.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to propose ideas and recommendations.
• Solid understanding of platform‑specific codes, trends, influencers and emerging technologies.
