Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

PURE, a global dating app, is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to shape its brand voice across key platforms and drive authentic engagement with a rapidly expanding community. You will lead the social strategy, create bold campaigns, and turn cultural moments into timely content that reflects PURE’s distinctive, sex‑positive ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PURE’s social media strategy on Instagram, TikTok, X and emerging platforms, defining KPIs for growth, engagement and conversion.
• Conceptualise and launch premium campaigns that spark conversations around dating, relationships and connection.
• Identify cultural trends and produce fast‑turn, native‑feeling UGC or creator‑led content, including appearing on‑camera when needed.
• Build and nurture an engaged community through proactive, authentic interaction.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns end‑to‑end, handling setup, budgeting and performance reporting.
• Use data and analytics to refine content strategy and improve ROI.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, copy and performance teams to translate product moments into culturally relevant content.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience driving social media strategy for consumer brands.
• Proven track record of growing audiences organically and managing paid social campaigns.
• Comfortable creating and appearing in UGC‑style content.
• Experience working in a sex‑positive environment and handling sensitive topics with cultural awareness.
• Curious, cross‑functional mindset and ability to work with global audiences.
