Social & Influencer Marketing Manager (Growth & Content)

About the role

DXB Perfume is seeking a hands‑on Social & Influencer Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, credibility and sales through social platforms and creator collaborations. You will lead a unified growth engine that blends trend‑driven content with strategic influencer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a trend‑led social strategy across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.
• Create and publish high‑performing video‑first content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Lives) and respond quickly to viral trends.
• Manage day‑to‑day community interactions, including comments, DMs and audience engagement.
• Identify, onboard and manage influencers (micro to macro) from outreach through negotiation, briefing and follow‑up.
• Coordinate product seeding, PR boxes and collaborative campaigns for launches, retail activations and key sales moments.
• Track, report and optimise key KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rate, content reach and influencer performance.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and propose innovative content formats and creator ideas.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram ecosystems.
• Proven track record managing influencer campaigns and delivering measurable results.
• Creative mindset with a data‑driven, performance‑focused approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, execution‑heavy environment.
