Social & Digital Manager for Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality, is seeking a Social & Digital Manager to drive the online presence of its signature restaurant concepts in Dubai. You will be responsible for creating engaging, platform‑specific content that showcases each outlet’s unique identity and supports broader marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of social and digital activities across all signature restaurant concepts, ensuring visibility and relevance on priority platforms.
• Develop and manage content calendars that align with launches, seasonal moments, and key trading periods.
• Guide content creation, including posts, captions, and community responses, to reflect Jumeirah’s tone and each concept’s brand voice.
• Grow and nurture online communities by turning restaurant moments, campaigns, and guest experiences into timely content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Creative teams to amplify campaign priorities without duplication.
• Analyse social performance, trends, and competitor activity to improve engagement, reach, and restaurant demand.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content performance, preferably within luxury hospitality, restaurants, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to manage multiple social platforms and content calendars across several concepts.
• Strong understanding of social formats, community management, content optimisation, platform trends, and performance reporting.
• Experience translating campaigns, PR moments, and on‑site activations into channel‑appropriate social content.
• Creative and commercially aware, with the ability to link digital engagement to restaurant visibility and demand.
