Site Manager – North East France

About the role

Nadara is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the safe and efficient operation of four wind‑farm power plants in North‑East France. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be a key member of the Asset Management Team, responsible for maximizing generation while ensuring strict health, safety, quality and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain HSQE compliance across all sites, conduct audits, document incidents and lead emergency planning.
• Manage contractors, develop work plans, monitor performance, and ensure delivery within time, cost and quality targets.
• Operate and optimise wind‑farm assets, perform regular inspections, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Coordinate procurement activities and oversee project delivery to minimise impact on site performance.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operating and maintaining wind‑farm or renewable‑energy assets.
• Strong knowledge of HSQE regulations and best practices in the sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contractors and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to monitor performance and address technical issues.
