Site Manager – Data Centre Fit-Outs

About the role

We are looking for an on‑site operational leader to oversee day‑to‑day construction activities for complex interior fit‑out projects in Europe’s most advanced data centres. Based in the Paris region, you will be the boots‑on‑the‑ground manager ensuring safety, efficiency and schedule adherence from the first shovel to final inspection.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of a comprehensive CSA interior package, including structural ceilings, internal walls, raised access flooring and Hot Aisle Containment systems.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractor trades, lead toolbox talks and maintain real‑time progress updates via digital project‑management platforms.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, QA/QC standards and document‑management best practices.
• Collaborate closely with on‑site supervisors, logistics & EHS managers, QA specialists, BIM/engineering teams and quantity surveyors.
• Provide daily progress reports to the Project Manager and regional Operations Director.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing on‑site construction or high‑spec interior fit‑outs, preferably in data centre, cleanroom or mission‑critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, QA/QC procedures and subcontractor control.
• High mobility and willingness to spend significant time on‑site across France, Germany and the Netherlands.
• Excellent command of English; French is a strong plus, Polish an additional advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with digital site‑management tools, especially Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or other BIM platforms.
