Site Excellence Manager – Continuous Improvement Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Site Excellence Manager to lead the implementation of Novonesis’ “Go for Excellence” methodology at our Arpajon site in France. You will drive continuous improvement across safety, sustainability, quality, capacity and cost, working closely with the site leadership team and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead major improvement projects and strategic initiatives to deliver measurable results.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching and workshop facilitation.
• Support standardisation and process optimisation in collaboration with the site leadership team.
• Facilitate strategy deployment and governance to align with corporate objectives.
• Contribute to the global network of excellence partners by sharing best practices and driving innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemical or industrial engineering or a related field.
• Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
• 4‑6 years of experience in operational/continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational, communication and influencing skills, especially with senior leadership.
