Site Coordinator – Test Site Operations

About the role

The Site Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring all activities at the test site. You will ensure safety, security and regulatory compliance while supporting the preparation and execution of test campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate site activity schedules and manage co‑activity planning.
• Lead weekly planning meetings with campaign managers and prioritize on‑site tasks.
• Handle badge requests for employees, external contractors and visitors.
• Deliver safety briefings and participate in safety meetings with EPGAV.
• Implement security and coordination protocols, draft operational processes and maintain required logbooks (entry/exit, fire protection, effluent discharge).
• Monitor hazardous material quantities, waste management, PPE validity and consumables.
• Supervise maintenance contractors (mowing, sanitation, cleaning) and ensure site security before and after high‑risk operations.
• Coordinate infrastructure work requests and support quality, safety, security and audit preparations.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience in industrial site management.
• Strong organizational, priority‑setting and independent work abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Methodical, proactive mindset and ability to handle unexpected situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with management IT tools such as ERP systems.
• Experience using maintenance software.
