Serviced Apartments Host – Courchevel 1850

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Serviced Apartments Host to join our team in Courchevel 1850. You will ensure that our guests enjoy a 5‑star experience by delivering high‑quality housekeeping, breakfast service, and personalized assistance throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a thorough weekly change‑over clean and mid‑week towel replacement for the entire property.
• Provide daily housekeeping for all guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, ski room, living spaces, kitchen, and spa.
• Maintain clean, organized back‑of‑house and laundry areas; coordinate stock, linen, and monitor external laundry supplier standards.
• Assist with daily bread deliveries, guest grocery shopping, and conduct daily property checks, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Prepare and present a continental breakfast, cook eggs to order, and ensure timely replenishment of all items.
• Answer guest phone calls during supervisor absences, handle delivery driving duties, and occasionally support other Consensio properties.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in France (EU passport or valid Carte de Séjour).
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping and breakfast preparation tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods.
