Service Team Leader – Field Service & Calibration

About the role

We are seeking a Service Team Leader to act as the local technical reference for the Lloyd / Chatillon business unit. You will lead a team of four field service technicians, delivering on‑site calibration, installation, training, and repair services across France.

Key responsibilities

• Own the services budget and define development strategies for new service solutions.
• Optimize processes, grow the customer base and implement retention actions.
• Serve as the technical reference for products, applications and calibration standards.
• Support complex technical cases and strategic customer projects.
• Ensure quality of deployed solutions and overall service delivery.
• Allocate resources, set intervention priorities and coordinate schedules for the French technical team.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement of processes and service offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and global technical expert teams.
• Contribute to maintaining ISO 17025 accreditation.

Required profile

• Technical education (Associate to Master’s) in mechanics, electrotechnics, instrumentation or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of field service experience in a technical or industrial environment.
• Proven experience in activity coordination or team management.
• Strong organizational skills, customer‑oriented mindset and ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
