Service Sales Solution Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Service Sales Solution Manager to drive the sales of its service solutions portfolio to both new and existing customers in Boulogne‑Billancourt. The role combines strategic sales planning with technical solution design to meet customer business and technical challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Huawei’s service solutions, including Network Optimization, Managed Operation, and Wireless/Fix Network Rollout services.
• Prepare and present customized service proposals that address technical and business requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure seamless solution deployment and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline progress, and achievement of sales targets.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with key clients and partners while staying informed on industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B solution design and sales experience, preferably in telecom, IT or digital transformation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in French and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
