Service Manager Payroll & ADP – Paris 75014

About the role

The Service Manager Payroll & ADP is responsible for overseeing the complete payroll cycle for approximately 850 employees in the Paris 14th arrondissement. Reporting directly to the Department Director, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries while leading a small team of payroll and administration specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and secure the end‑to‑end payroll process each month.
• Maintain compliance with French payroll legislation and internal policies.
• Supervise and develop a team of two payroll administrators.
• Manage the ADP payroll system, including data entry, updates and troubleshooting.
• Prepare payroll‑related reports and analyses for senior management.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll queries.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll management, preferably for a large employee base.
• Strong knowledge of French payroll regulations and social security contributions.
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide a small team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ADP payroll software.
