Service By Hour Officer – Material Management (NH90)

About the role

The Service By Hour Officer will oversee and optimise all flows related to Service‑by‑Hour (SBH) operations within the Material Management service for the NH90 programme. Based in Aix‑en‑Provence, the role works closely with variant support, partner companies and customers to ensure contractual compliance and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and monitor SBH contracts from customer request through to delivery.
• Track, prioritise and follow‑up order backlogs.
• Define and implement improvement actions and harmonise working methods across teams.
• Define, monitor and analyse performance and process KPIs.
• Adapt internal processes, anticipate customer needs and manage risks.
• Collaborate with Variant Support Leader, Delegated Partner Company and Partner Companies (Leonardo, Fokker, Airbus).
• Represent SBH activities within NHIndustries and with NAHEMA customers.
• Support supply‑chain initiatives and lead cross‑functional action plans to improve service levels.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of professional experience in logistics, supply‑chain or customer‑service environments.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with continuous‑improvement methods.
• Excellent intercultural competence and communication skills.
• Fluent English (negotiation level); French and/or Italian are a plus.
