Server Specialist – SCCM (Windows Server Management)

About the role

HCLTech is looking for a Server Specialist with deep expertise in SCCM to join a client site in Paris. The role focuses on managing a large Windows server fleet, ensuring security, reliability, and efficient operations across production and disaster‑recovery environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Windows servers via SCCM, including application packaging, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Automate replication tasks between production and DR sites.
• Provide technical solutions for Windows OS upgrades, especially within VMware virtualised environments.
• Participate in technical committees and drive security standards for the Windows ecosystem.
• Develop automation for server fleet management and create dashboards for monitoring.
• Document architectures, processes, and support change‑management activities for on‑shore and offshore teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Windows server administration and SCCM.
• Strong security orientation and experience with vulnerability management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical committees, operational teams, and stakeholders.
• Fluent in French (C1) and English.
