SEO Specialist

About the role

Pluxee is seeking an SEO Specialist to drive organic search performance across multiple international markets. Working within a global digital marketing hub‑and‑spoke model, you will partner with regional teams to boost visibility, traffic and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to local markets within the assigned spoke.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering on‑page and off‑page factors.
• Perform in‑depth keyword research to guide content creation and link‑building.
• Optimize website elements such as meta tags, headings, internal links and URL structures.
• Implement off‑page initiatives, including link acquisition and partnership outreach.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and SEMrush.
• Produce regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO for international or multi‑country environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, content, product and digital teams across different regions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
