SEO Lead

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Lead to own and shape the organic growth strategy of a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) brand. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to embed SEO into every major growth initiative, from technical optimisation to emerging AI‑driven search experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the SEO roadmap, from strategy through to implementation.
• Lead technical SEO projects and identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, ecommerce, CRM, paid media and product teams to ensure SEO alignment.
• Develop reporting frameworks and measure commercial impact of SEO initiatives.
• Explore AI‑powered search, ChatGPT‑based discovery, Reddit and TikTok search platforms.
• Act as the internal SEO champion, promoting best practices across the organisation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong commercial mindset with solid analytical abilities.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution.

What we offer

• Base salary €50,000–€65,000 per year, plus annual bonus.
