SEO & GEO Specialist (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior SEO & GEO Specialist to join our acquisition team in Bordeaux. You will help improve our visibility on traditional search engines and emerging AI‑driven platforms while supporting broader acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO initiatives together with an external agency, defining requirements, tracking recommendations, and coordinating internal Product, Content and Tech teams.
• Analyse key performance indicators (GA4, GSC, Semrush) and implement continuous optimisations across content, technical SEO and link‑building.
• Contribute to the development of the GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) lever by monitoring industry trends, shaping strategy and experimenting with AI‑powered search engines.
• Collaborate with SEA and affiliate marketing teams to identify cross‑channel synergies.
• Share insights, promote SEO best practices internally and occasionally support the Belgian market by adapting strategies to local specifics.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on SEO experience with a degree of autonomy.
• Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and multi‑channel acquisition concepts.
• Familiarity with emerging GEO/AI search technologies is a plus.
