Senior Technical Recruiter (RPO) – 3‑Month Contract

About the role

Voodoo is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter on a three‑month renewable contract to support its Engineering & Data teams. The role is fully remote within the EU and starts immediately. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract top technical talent for gaming and new app initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for engineering and data positions, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and conduct intake meetings.
• Proactively source passive candidates using recruiting tools and creative outreach methods.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve recruiting metrics and processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in fast‑paced startup or scale‑up environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build business partnerships with hiring managers.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Fluent English and immediately available to start.
