Senior Tax & Transfer Pricing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tax & Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our global finance team in Courbevoie, supporting tax compliance and transfer pricing across EMEA. Working closely with the Head of Tax, you will advise on cross‑border transactions, contribute to M&A projects and help optimise the group’s tax position.

Key responsibilities

• Support corporate tax compliance for approximately 35 EMEA entities.
• Review VAT, GST and other indirect tax obligations.
• Prepare and review current and deferred tax provisions under IFRS.
• Analyse and maintain transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Advise on international tax matters and cross‑border transactions.
• Assist tax due diligence, structuring activities and M&A projects.
• Support tax audits, enquiries and regulatory compliance.
• Produce technical tax guidance and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Qualified tax professional with a Master’s degree in Tax Law, Finance or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in international corporate tax, preferably in a corporate environment or professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax, indirect tax and IFRS.
• Fluent in French and English.
