Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – AI & Deep Tech (Paris, Hybrid)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global AI organization to strengthen its talent pipeline. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Paris, you will focus on sourcing, engaging and hiring top‑tier professionals in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep‑tech engineering and research. This role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract senior AI, ML, research and engineering talent across Europe and globally.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, including headhunting, networking events and digital campaigns.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high‑impact, low‑volume positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand role requirements and market dynamics.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, deep‑tech or advanced technology roles.
• Fluent French speaker (essential) with strong English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to source and close senior‑level technical talent in a competitive market.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
