Senior Talent Acquisition - Data, AI & EPM

About the role

Keyrus is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition specialist to join its Intake team, the international recruitment unit that advises Keyrus entities worldwide. The role combines advisory and sourcing skills, using AI-enabled tools and talent data to find, assess and attract top talent in Data, AI and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), with a primary focus on the French market and support for other EMEA markets when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Managing Directors and senior stakeholders to turn business plans into hiring strategies based on real market data.
• Recruit AI and ML engineers, data engineers, data scientists, data architects and AI consultants.
• Use AI-enabled sourcing and talent intelligence tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, ATS automation) together with headhunting, Boolean/X-ray search and deep networking.
• Produce talent market insights on skills availability, salary trends and competitor activity.
• Build and maintain talent pools in core technologies so entities can staff new client projects quickly.
• Lead recruitment projects and run competency-based interviews assessing technical depth and consulting skills.
• Strengthen the employer brand with data and AI communities and share expertise to grow TA capabilities across the group.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent by experience.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally with a headhunting background.
• Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
• Ability to work remotely in a cross-border team and to build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proven success sourcing and hiring technical profiles in Data, AI and Digital.
• Experience recruiting for the French market.
• Headhunting, Boolean/X-ray search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Nice to have: experience in other EMEA markets, Resource Management (nearshore/offshore), EPM profiles, recruitment analytics dashboards, and consulting firms.
