Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Communications Director, you will define and lead the global social media strategy for a leading brand. The role focuses on driving brand desirability, audience growth, and engagement across owned, paid, and earned channels while ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a holistic global social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Lead editorial and content development, driving innovation through new formats and storytelling approaches.
• Oversee agencies and internal teams to maintain operational excellence and creative consistency.
• Establish a global community management framework that ensures a consistent tone of voice and high‑quality interactions.
• Co‑define and implement full‑funnel paid social strategies, amplifying top‑performing organic content.
• Collaborate with PR to identify and activate key KOLs, creators and communities.
• Identify, pilot and test emerging platforms, formats and technologies such as AI‑generated content and social commerce.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in leading global social media strategies.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Digital Media, e‑Commerce, PR and regional teams.
• Demonstrated capacity to balance global brand consistency with local market agility.
