Senior Recruiter (PSP / High Risk)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to build and lead a scalable talent acquisition function for a fast‑growing international technology company based in France. The role offers full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle and the chance to shape hiring processes from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, business, risk, compliance, finance, legal and other functions.
• Define candidate profiles, design sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, negotiate offers and ensure successful onboarding.
• Build and continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and hiring quality.
• Develop and maintain talent pools and pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Introduce modern recruiting tools, including AI‑powered solutions, to increase efficiency.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to refine strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience covering both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage senior‑level passive candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Highly proactive with a track record of building recruitment processes independently.
