Senior Project Manager – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

Envision Energy, a global leader in green technology, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale renewable energy projects across Europe. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of wind turbine and grid‑scale battery storage initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise end‑to‑end project management for European projects, developing and managing comprehensive plans, timelines and budgets.
• Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Monitor and report progress to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with external partners, suppliers and clients to enhance outcomes and relationships.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation and ensure accessibility.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record managing renewable energy projects in Europe.
• Extensive experience in large‑scale project delivery and coordination.
• Expertise in wind and grid‑scale battery energy storage system (BESS) project management.
• Strong adaptability and cultural awareness in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally as required.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (optional).
