Senior Project Manager – Luxury Home Renovations (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

August is seeking a bilingual French‑English Senior Project Manager to lead luxury home renovation projects across the South of France and the French Alps. You will be responsible for delivering high‑end holiday homes from acquisition through completion, ensuring each project meets the brand’s exacting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from securing contracts, insurances and permits to final hand‑over.
• Manage contractors and sub‑contractors, ensuring design implementation stays on schedule and within budget.
• Define and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets to accelerate launch and minimise cash burn.
• Collaborate with acquisition, design and operations teams to evaluate potential homes, assess permit risks, and create tender packages.
• Monitor project performance, mitigate risks and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience managing luxury home renovations.
• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and on budget.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
