Senior Procurement Manager

About the role

Oetker Hotels is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join its corporate office in Paris (or Sophia Antipolis) starting December 2026. You will lead sourcing initiatives, manage strategic supplier relationships, and deliver measurable value through negotiations across our luxury hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement purchasing strategies for key categories, especially Food & Beverage.
• Contribute to overall procurement performance and track savings at property level.
• Manage group‑level strategic supplier relationships and drive performance using KPIs.
• Lead negotiations for major categories and ensure implementation of agreed savings.
• Participate in monthly meetings with local procurement managers to identify operational opportunities.
• Influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Required profile

• Higher education (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in a relevant field.
• Fluency in French and English; a third language is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ultra‑luxury hotel F&B supplier markets and sourcing best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and report‑writing skills.
• Business‑oriented mindset with focus on value creation and awareness of hospitality operational constraints.
