Senior Presales Solutions Consultant – Operations Control & CONNECT

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Senior Presales Solutions Consultant to champion our Operations Control & CONNECT portfolio. Based in Paris La Défense, you will work in a hybrid setting, partnering with both direct sales teams and channel partners to showcase the value of our industrial software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through direct engagements and AVEVA’s distribution network.
• Transfer product and domain knowledge to partners and system integrators.
• Present the solution value proposition at customer meetings, industry events, and seminars.
• Design, develop, and deliver demos, proofs of capability, and technical presentations.
• Lead technical discussions with prospects to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Maintain and animate a Community of Practice around Operations Control & CONNECT.
• Travel on short notice to AVEVA offices or partner locations as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a presales or solutions consulting role within industrial software or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of building trust and delivering value.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly across multiple locations.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of AVEVA Operations Control and CONNECT solutions.
• Experience delivering technical demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept projects.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, engineering, and partner teams.
