Senior People and Culture Advisor

About the role

Join the People & Culture team in Paris as a Senior People & Culture Advisor, influencing colleague experience and partnering with senior leaders across a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide trusted HR advice on employee relations, performance management, talent development and organisational effectiveness.
• Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, promotions, probation, family leave, absence management and off‑boarding.
• Partner with recruitment and employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage global mobility assignments and coordinate with mobility specialists.
• Maintain high data quality, analyse people metrics and lead HR projects to improve processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law and HR practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.

Required skills

• Confidence working with HR systems and people data.
• Experience with emerging technologies, including AI, in HR contexts.
