Senior Mobile Engineer (Paris)

About the role

Swile is looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to join its mobile experience team in Paris. You will help shape a robust mobile platform that powers a suite of fintech, travel, HR and employee‑benefits products used by millions of users across France and Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse problems and data to design pragmatic, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Write, test, deploy and monitor production‑grade mobile code autonomously.
• Partner with the Engineering Manager to define architecture and own its execution.
• Stay informed about new technologies and assess their relevance for Swile.
• Provide constructive code‑review feedback and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Significant experience in mobile engineering, comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone.
• Entrepreneurial mindset or experience in fast‑growing startups.
• Curiosity to bridge mobile, frontend and backend concerns.
• Commitment to code simplicity, quality, performance and maintainability.

Required skills

• Strong mobile development expertise (iOS, Android or cross‑platform).
• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in Typescript, React and Node.js.
• Familiarity with cross‑mobile frameworks is a plus.
